I also ask that you supply us with a contact number should the need to contact your with a query occur. Any required by date is also helpful in allowing urgent orders to meet the necessary timeframe.
Failure to supply all details can result in your gift being delayed
The preferred method is to add personalisation by using the drop down menus and text boxes, however if more or extra information needs ot be supplied please email me directly to email@example.com quoting your name and order number in the subject heading with URGENT PERSONALISATION so it will be received before work commences on your order.
Each glass is carefully designed to your specification. The designs are hand painted onto the glass with addition of microscopic glitter particles where requested and or glass paint. Once the design has dried it is fired to set the design, allowing the glass to be totally usable and washable. These are then scrubbed to remove any excess glitter; however for the first few uses you may notice some further excess come off. This will not effect the look of your glass. Most products can be washed on the top shelf of a dishwasher however I highly recommend as with all special glasses that they are hand washed in hot soapy water.
Most glasses come lovingly packaged in a white presentation box and protected by tissue paper. The boxes are then securely packaged to ensure their safe arrival.
In my attempt to help the environment I often use recycled packaging to reduce waste and ask that any packaging you no longer need is recycled too.
If you would like your gift sent direct to the recipient then I am more than happy to do this at no extra charge. You can choose to have it gift-wrapped for an additional charge along with handwritten gift-tag or alternatively just your message with your gift will be added to the parcel. Please be assured no invoices are added to the package.
I accept Credit or Debit card payments via Worldpay, Paypal, Bank Transfer and Cheques. Work cannot commence work on your order until funds have cleared, so Worldpay, Paypal or Bank Transfer are the quickest options.

I aim to create and despatch your order in 1-3 working days, however this cannot start until funds have cleared and all personalisation details have been received.
If you require your glasses by a specific date it always helps to know this and allows urgent orders to take priortiy. If you need your glasses in record quick time, please call us on either 01737 357233 or 07764 765933 to discuss if this is possible.
Most packages are sent by Royal Mail 24 , however larger / heavier orders may be sent by Courier. Please ask for a quote if you require recorded or special delivery.
Postage & Packaging Charges
I try to keep P&P charges to a minimum and have therefore introduced a one off payment for most orders to the UK - JUST £3.95 no matter how many products you order.
If you order is needs to be couriered this may increase - Please feel free to contact us if you would like a personalised P&P quote for any larger orders.
International Orders: Orders are often sent worldwide however the current system doesn't work out this correctly according to size and weight. if you would like a personalised quote please contact me with details of your required order and delivery country and address.
If you would prefer to collect your glasses in person this can be arranged for FREE from Banstead, Surrey.
Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds on any personalised goods – once payment and personalisation has been received, work commences fairly swiftly on your personalised gift.
Please be assured that I pride myself on the excellent products and customer service I offer and will try to resolve any problems as quickly and professionally as possible should they arise.
In the unfortunate event that you have a problem or your gift arrives with damage or a fault I ask that you contact me as soon as possible, within 3 days of receipt of goods with full details and photos where possible. You can email this to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0845 5191233, 01737 357233 or 07764 765933, where a judgement will be made on further action.
I may ask that you send a photo of the problem or return the item. Once the problem is confirmed I will then aim to replace the item as soon as possible for you.
Any goods asked to be returned must be in the original packaging. The cost of the postage will be at the customers cost. The replacement goods will be posted back to you at my expense.
