We also ask that you supply us with a contact number should we need to contact your with a query. Any required by date is also helpful in allowing us to prioritorise urgent orders.

The preferred method is to add personalisation iis by using the drop down menus and text boxes, however if you need to advise us of extra information please email us directly to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name and order number in the subject heading with URGENT PERSONALISATION so we can get this before commencing work on your order.
Each glass is carefully designed to your specification. The designs are hand painted onto the glass with addition of microscopic glitter particals where requested and or paint. Once the design has dried it is fired in a kiln to set the design, allowing the glass to be totally usable and washable. These can be washed on the top shelf of a dishwasher however recommend as with all special glasses that they are hand washed.
Most glasses (with the exception of shot glasses) come lovingly packaged in a white presentation box and protected by tissue paper. The boxes are then securely packaged in quality packaging boxes to ensure their safe arrival.
If you would like your gift sent direct to the recipient then we are more than happy to do this at no extra charge. We can also add a handwritten gift message with your gift. Please be assured no invoices are added to the package.
We accept Paypal, Bank Transfer and Cheques. We cannot commence work on your design until funds have cleared, so Paypal or Bank Transfer is the quickest options.

We aim to create and despatch your glasses in 1-3 working days, however we cannot start processing your order until funds have cleared / all personalisation details have been received.
If you require your glasses by a specific date it always helps us to know this and allows us to prioritorise urgent orders. If you need your glasses in record quick time, please call us on either 0845 5191233 or 07764 765933 to discuss possibilities.
Most packages are sent by Royal Mail 24 (1-2 days) , however larger / heavier orders will be sent by Courier. Please ask for a quote if you require recorded or special delivery.
Postage & Packaging Charges
We try to keep P&P charges to a minimum and are happy to combine P&P charges when ordering extra glasses. Please feel free to contact us if you would like a personalised P&P quote for any larger orders.
International Orders: We send our glasses worldwide however if you would like a personalised quote please contact us.
If you would prefer to collect your glasses in person this can be arranged for FREE from Banstead, Surrey.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on any personalised goods – once payment and personalisation has been received, work commences on your personalised gift.
Please be assured that we pride ourselves on our excellent products and customer service and will try to resolve any problems as quickly and professionally as possible.
In the unfortunate event that you have a problem or your gift arrives with damage or a fault we ask that you contact us as soon as possible, within 3 days of receipt of goods.

We may ask that you send a photo of the problem or return the item. When will then aim to replace the item as soon as possible for you.
Any goods asked to be returned must be in the original packaging. The cost of the postage back to us will be at the customers cost. The replacement goods will be posted back to you at our expense.
